Actually, the connections between the Tarahumara indians and Vibram are deeper than would first appear. Both have found successful shoe sole solutions from automobile tires.

Well, that's pretty cool. Where did you get the sandals?
I've been thinking about making myself a pair of tire sandals, patterned after the Tarahumara sandals. For shits & giggles, and for possible use.
